purchasing. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including books, apparel, and drinkware — all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
materially different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement. If a replacement
is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
• Contact us at klmgmtbookings@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the original packaging.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. If these
conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a
prepaid return label. However, if an item is returned and found not to be defective or returned
outside the 7-day notification period, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any refund
or charged to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering.
• Digital or downloadable products.


Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Ark of Silence Publishing / K&L
MGMT, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or pre-order releases.
• You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
• Standard U.S. delivery: 3–8 business days after processing.
• International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on customs and local regulations.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing
times.

Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Reshipment fees apply if an order is returned to us.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout once your order has shipped. Tracking
updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship on or after the estimated release date listed on the product page. Orders
containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together or separately at our discretion.
International Customs, Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, and tariffs.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient
upon delivery. Tariffs vary by country and import category. We do not control these charges and
cannot estimate the amounts.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

• Lost or stolen packages
• Carrier delays
